To avoid the missing information, the order should indicate the product code (if available), product descriptions and quantity of each products and the returned email or address. i+MED Laboratories will reply your purchase order along with requested data and estimated a shipping date.

Term of Payment

Shipping Information

i+MED Laboratories will ship your orders using your preferred carrier. If the carrier is not specified, i+MED Laboratories will use the most cost effective and timely service available. Your shipment address will be need along with a contact name and phone number. UPS, FedEX, DHL, and most other freight companies will not deliver to P.O. Box address.

Return Policy

If the purchased products do not perform to specifications, please contact i+MED Laboratories within the warranty period, so we can address and correct the problem as necessary. Any defected products, not including products that are expired, performed improperly, or stored incorrectly, will be replaced or refunded.
